What We Do

I help people move better, feel better, and get back to doing what they love. If you have neck/back pain, headaches, mobility issues (not enough or too much) or something no one else has been able to help with, I would love to hear your story and see if a different approach could make a difference.
Whether you're dealing with chronic pain, recovering from an injury, or simply want to maintain your active lifestyle, I create personalized care plans that focus on improving function and helping reach your goals not just give temporary relief. With a gentle, evidence-based approach and a background in physical rehabilitation, I meet you where you are and help you build toward where you want to be.
This isn’t typical chiropractic care, it’s care that adapts with you.
What We
Offer
Chiropractic Adjustments
Chiropractic adjustments are the heart of what I do. They help reduce pain, restore mobility, and support your body’s natural ability to heal. I use a variety of techniques to improve joint mobility and function, based on what your body needs and what you're comfortable with. This may include manual adjusting, instrument-assisted techniques, drop table, or muscle energy techniques.
Patient Education
Understanding what's going on with your body is an important part of your care. I want you to know why we're doing what we're doing and what you can do outside the office to help yourself. Depending on your needs, that may include movement modifications, exercises, or strategies you can use in everyday life.
Laser
Low-level laser therapy, sometimes called cold laser, uses specific wavelengths of light and may be incorporated into care for certain musculoskeletal conditions. It's a non-invasive treatment that I may use alongside adjustments, soft tissue work, and rehabilitation when appropriate.
Rehab Exercises
Rehab is where my years of experience as a physical therapist assistant comes to life. I use targeted exercises and movement strategies alongside chiropractic care to address strength, stability, mobility, and function. What you do between visits can be just as important as what we do in the office.
Graston Technique
Graston Technique uses specialized instruments to work with muscles and other soft tissues. I may incorporate it when soft tissue tension, discomfort, or restricted movement is contributing to what you're experiencing.
Webster Technique
The Webster Technique is a chiropractic approach commonly used during pregnancy. It focuses on the pelvis and surrounding muscles and ligaments, using gentle adjustments and soft tissue techniques adapted for the changing needs of your body throughout pregnancy.
